Could you make a version that uses a font that supports kanji? The font you're using now, Malgun, only supports hiragana/katakana, so I'm getting squares and it doesn't look very nice. Meiryo is a good font I think.

If you were to make a playlist editor that is equally beautiful and simplistic.. This would be my favorite winamp skin by far.. However you ought to mention how to move the skin around on the screen. Other than that.. great work!
